I'd send then both a message with a pointer to both auctions and ask for an explanation. And let them know you'll advise eBay if they don't reply!

Pretty strange. Two horns, two serial numbers, two sellers, two schedules, two prices, same photo. I don't get it. This may be a case for the folks from CSI.

The seller with the newer listing has 3 negatives. I'd bet the older listing is legit.

I emailed the the auction that looks legit. I also posted in the safety harbor discussion forum.

You might want to read that. The last time I posted something like this in a discussion forum I listed the auctions and recieved a warning from ebay! I tried to be a little more discreet this time.

I wrote ebay. This was their response. I omitted the name of the ebay rep.

remove listings based on the representations of third parties whose
credentials we cannot verify.

recommend that you contact the owner of the images or text, and
recommend that they contact us directly. Once we hear from them, we
will take appropriate action.
