I pointed out this particular auction once before, but have since done a little exploring just for giggles. From both the description and pictures, it is tempting to believe that this is indeed a "vintage" pocket trumpet, "Besson" vs. "Bessons" notwithstanding. Looking at the ending price, it appears that someone fell for it.

Notice anything similar between them? The appearances are different, from different sides of the pond, yet all three have the exact same serial number. Keeping track of serial numbers is a lot easier when every horn has the same one!

I think the Bessons brand is made in India. Not tp be confused with F Besson. I haven't had the misfortune to play one but even a hardcore ebay addict such as myself knows to stay away from those things.
