I inherited an old silver Holton C trumpet. The serial number dates it to about 1950.I play around on the b flat trumpet but dont know how to read on a C trumpet.It seems like a solidly built trumpet that sounds good.I notice the CSO trumpet section from the 50's used Holton C's.I was going to sell it but older holtons dont have much value on the market. Why is that?
