Trying to open new account. ! enter my phrase, then my password. Then I click I AGREE and this message appears in a new window:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your SQL server version for the right syntax to use near......
I've been trying all day and keep getting the same message.
Am I doing something wrong?

As a new member, looks like I joined at a perfect time.
I love the internet- information -superhighway; to be able to share our unique lifestyle and passion of interpreting music through our trumpets.
Most all of the dedicated members I have observed prior to joining have provided much needed advice, info, and some hilarious feuds based on trumpet name brand loyalty.
But just like real life, always someone in the room trying to spoil the fun.
Hence the new security. Nuff said. Thanks _________________ Blessing M-1

Remove punctuation from your pass-phrase. Specifically any single quotes (or apostrophes). |

I'm getting the same issue as Allchops. I've also sent two emails via "contact" with no response (sent 2 and 1 months ago, respectively) _________________ Bb: Carol Brass 6280H

It is always hard selling items on the internet knowing that there are scammers. Thank you for making it a safe place to sell. |

Glad to make the marketplace safer, but why require 5 forum posts to use the marketplace? Maybe it shows the user is active (vs. a scammer), but the two areas seem independent of one another. |

People want to buy from people who participate in discussion. You can tell a lot about someone based on their posts.
Seems pretty reasonable to me. _________________ www.mikesailors.com |

I'm trying to take down a marketplace ad and put up another ad but I'm not able to get into the marketplace manager. It's asking me for my PIN (which I don't have) and it also is not displaying my security passphrase, suggesting I'm on a phishing site. I tried to follow the instructions as well as log on from other devices but I still cannot log into my marketplace manager. |

As stated in several other posts, the only one who can help with Marketplace issues is the sysadmin, PM user trumpetherald. You should also read the sticky post about PINs if you have not already done so (sounds like you have). _________________ "After silence, that which best expresses the inexpressible, is music" - Aldous Huxley |
