can you see your lips move when using TCE

hi everyone,

i've been using TCE for a few weeks now with good results.

one of the things im wondering about if whether the lips actually move at all whilst going up.

do TCE in front of a mirror - can you see your lips moving at all?

its supposed to all be in the toungue. i do see slight movement in my lips when i do TCE, but there is no strain. in particular, my lips feel like they are getting tighter as i go up.

i can just manage a middle C using the proper TCE embouchure (lips relaxed). although i havent been doing loads of excersises, just played using TCE.

ps. i found that trying to do TCE whilst making sure my lips are'nt moving helps. also, popping seems to help
