but is this pocket trumpet anything even worth looking at? Their contact info is just a hop skip and a jump away from where I live.

Sure looks like a Jupiter ... except this one was made in China. Chances are, it probably plays as well as their other products, like Monique and Maxtone. ............ which would be bad!

It does look a lot like my Jupiter but, if anything, the bell on this one is bigger. The description sounds good (monel pistons!). However, I'm having a bit of difficulty finding the "first slide saddle" or the third slide "screw stop" they mention. Is the rest of the description equally fictional?

Yeah but this one is not a "Pocket Max" or "Holton" ... it is made by "Berkeley". Has anyone heard of this 45 year old Chinese company?

I doubt that the valves on this puppy are monel...it sounds like a money making scam, accomplished by the high shipping price-did you also notice that they wouldn't combine shipping? Sounds like thats where their profit comes in.

There is no "first slide saddle" or "screw stop"
This trumpet exist .. but the seller is not very honest with this description....

I can email photos of valves if someone want
