Scott and I traded books a couple of years ago. While the TB book does have some good things to say, it is really poorly put together in terms of sequential information and coherency. Several times there are flat out contradictions from chapter to chapter. Can they play REALLY high? Obviously. Can they give practical information about how they do it or how you can? Limitedly.
Nothing harmful though... _________________ Dr. Michael Stewart

I bought one of their books and it was a good read. They get paid to play trumpet for a living and a lot of their stuff is very interesting to read. If you have the money to waste then I would say pick yourself up a copy. I think they know their stuff when it comes to professional gigging. _________________ J. Fowler
