I wandered around for a little while on the site and came to the factory pictures section. There was one with a caption talking about a ZeuS piccolo trumpet in January 2004. Um...it's February in the said year. Where's that piccolo trumpet? And why have none of us tried it yet? I'd be game for that one myself. _________________ Chris King

Hello Blasticore!
The new ZeuS piccolo is not ready yet. It is being designed now and will take a little more time before even the prototype is made. ZeuS Music Instruments wants to make it like no other.
One thing for sure, I am told that it will be very cool!
If by chance you are seriously looking into the purchase of a new piccolo trumpet, it may be wise to wait until the new ZeuS piccolo trumpet is ready. I understand that this new horn will be absolutely worth the wait!
Shameless plug: By the way, if anyone in the greater Houston area wants to demo a ZeuS ZTR 900 or the new ZeuS ZTR 1000 (Olympus), please let me know, and we'll arrange a time when you can demo them at my home studio!
Blessings,

Nice looking horn! I really would like to try one someday.
Does it need to be called "Monette Trumpet Trumpets" though? _________________ Bb - Yamaha Xeno 8335RGS

I hadn't heard anything about a ZeuS picc, so I checked the website. Yes, Alex is already hyping his new picc, but he is being honest about it. The caption reads: "As of January 2004 this is the valve section for the future ZeuS Piccolo." No date of availability is given. Alex is not late with the picc. |
