I bit the inside of my lip and it's sore. Any tips on healing, play or rest etc |

The inside of the lip heals pretty quickly. If it hurts, I'd stay off of it for a day. _________________ "I'm an engineer, which means I think I know a whole bunch of stuff I really don't."

We've all done it from time to time. I've had more problems biting the inside of my cheeks since having my wisdom teeth removed. |

From long ago and two sources, Doc Rheinhart and a local dentist, mucus membrane inside your mouth helas faster when dry. The recommendation was to coat it with tincture of benzoiin. That's what I always use successfully. You can get it at your corner drug store.
