I don't know of an arrangement already transcribed for trumpet and piano, but your post reminded me of a youtube video I saw awhile back with a performance of this piece with an arrangement for trumpet, horn, trombone and piano. Maybe this could give you ideas for how an arrangement could be adapted for trumpet and piano (basically this, without the horn and trombone):

You'd think arrangements would be all over the place but the only one I saw was an arrangement in the Boosey and Hawkes collection. Bunch of piano versions, band versions, brass group versions, etc. Maybe arrange one of the piano versions?
Or just play it unaccompanied: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjQWMRX06NY _________________ "After silence, that which best expresses the inexpressible, is music" - Aldous Huxley

A well trained* organist will be able to cope with the score. Just decide what to play, and they will fill in the rest, or make it up.
cheers
Andy
* Well trained means they can read scores, multiple lines and realise it on their keyboard and pedal board, as well as transpose and extemporise. They'll play it in the Phrygian mode in 5-1/2 / 8 if you ask! Or at least, they should... _________________ so many horns, so few good notes...

Found an arrangement for solo euphonium and piano that might suffice here.

Damn! I was just about to post my (rather highly trained) organist you... he's not only an amazing musician, but hilariously funny and does the best impersonations!
