I have a few questions about my embochoure.
Usually, after playing for 30 minutes or so, there's this incredibly noticeable ring around my chops. This might be because I think I'm pressing, but I am pretty sure it's not that. My bro says I might be doing the dreaded "smiley" on high notes, and I have this little hand mirror positioned so I can see my embouchore when I'm playing. It looks like I'm doing the smiley, but I tried locking my corners, and blasting, like my bro said, and that seemed to make high notes harder.
Is there anything bad about this "ring"?
