If memory serves me correctly, there is an errata sheet for Colchester Fantasy. Am I right? Does anyone have that?

There is...although I have not seen it in 21 years. I'll dig through the folder but I doubt it is there. Fred Mills gave it to me so many years ago lol. Great piece.

This is just copied/pasted from a .txt file I have, but I hope it's helpful. I'm not sure what the corrected rhythm is for the tuba in Mvmt. 1. Sorry!

Colchester Fantasy -- Errata

lst Mvt.
l. m.14-15 Trb.--F# should be continued over barline (score)
2. m.35 Tuba--Rhythm should be:

2nd Mvt.
l. m. 27 Horn--Last beat should be F natural (part)
2. m. 28 Horn--Note should be Fnatural (score)
3. m. 61 Horn--Delete Flat from the lst note (score and part)
4. m. 119 Horn--Delete Sharp from lst note (score and part)

3rd Mvt.
l. m.34-36 Tuba--there should be an ossia 8va (score and part)
2. m.46 Tpt. 1--There should be a natural sign added to the
last note (score)
3. m.46 Tpt. 1--there should be a sharp sign added to the last note (part)
4. m. 145 All parts--the measure should be 4/4 (Bottom 3 parts--
the last rest should be a quarter rest instead of a half rest)
(score and parts)

4th Mvt.
l. m. 135 Trombone--add a sharp sign to the last note
(score and part)
2. m. 212-213 Trombone--the tie should continue
