Hi all,

There's an old Keilwerth trumpet up on Ebay. It's engraved 'The New King'.

Has anyone had any experience with these?
The old Keilwerth saxophones are beautiful and mellow, I was wondering if these are similar.

Didn't know Keilworth made trumpets, though their saxes are incredible for jazz.

I have a Keilwerth trumpet.

It's good. Mine has even the same valves
of the Eclipse Trumpets ( Bauerfeind ). It is
logical because Keilwerth was in the same
little town than Bauerfeind ( Nauheim).

I do not know the model but I'll check later.
Even though they are good instruments.

This co. began as a trumpet factory, but
later they quit to make brass and only
did saxes. I think that the Bari is one of
the best.

Hope it helps.

This seem to be a intermediate model.
I tried them from friends and they are
OK for that.
