Good point, I’ve seen drum corps kids do it. Of course, many drum corps kids are not exactly know for being careful.😬

Really?? I’m NOT picking on drum corps, I also have seen kids drop horns right in the practice room, you’re right, kids are kids.
I mentioned drum corps because I used to instruct, and the corps I taught required kids to use gloves....which CAN make it a bit easier to lose your grip on a horn.

By “every use” do you mean after every tryout in the store? Or every time one uses their personal horn?
While I know people who swab the horn after every use, I know of no one who rinses after every use. That doesn’t mean that people don’t. |
