Is the 'nugget' of that advice -
" with the instruction to stop playing at any point where I found myself forcing (as evidenced by a decrease in quality of sound and an increase in tension, particularly in the neck, shoulders, and upper back). "
And I assume the follow-on action would be to repeat the troublesome passage and learn (teach yourself?) how to play without 'forcing'. Or was there useful instruction about 'what to do' so that forcing wasn't necessary?
