This might be the dumbest question I have ever asked, but in the SA, are we supposed to do the lip relaxer after we finish the part 2 exercises? |

Yes. Do it 3x after you hit your maximum high note in part II or Systematic Approach. Then, don't touch your horn to your lips for 60 minutes..
I usually modify it slightly by playing it as written (SA Lesson 3, III) the first time, then to double pedal C the second time, and triple pedal C the third time.
