Looks great, but I would like to whittle it down a bit to include as part of my daily 60 minute morning exercises. Any suggestions of which exercises I should include ?

George,

What I found worked best for me was to focus on one type of scale for a few days starting with the original Arban exercises you're most comfortable with. So for example maybe 11 original followed by 11 whole tone, 12 original - 12 whole tone, etc. Three or four exercises a day, using the original as your model for a center tone, fluidity, etc.

I like Pops’s version that increases the range of the exercises.
