In general, does a Coprian bell tend to play bright or dark?

I have an old conn with a coprian bell and it almost sounds like a flugel. _________________ Andrew Fowler

The general rule is that on otherwise identical horns, copper bells, including the Coprion, darken the tone, while silver or silver plated bells brighten it. |
