Hi, guys!
I haven't played since college (1986) and I just bought the same model trumpet, a Benge CG and a Schilke mouthpiece...the same setup I had way back then!
I heard it takes a long time (6 months to a year!) to get back into shape
Wish me luck!
Thanks,
Ken |

Thanks, guys.
I'm just starting breathing exercises from Claude Gordon and got his and Clarke's book ahead of the trumpet's arrival.
Slow and steady...well, being older now, that should be a little easier
How are you guys finding your comeback?
I just did my first mouthpiece buzz.
It wasn't pretty for sure, but at least it's a start! |

I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum, a young 30-something going to have to sell my first real love of a trumpet. Hopefully I can buy her back someday! You give me hope |
