It looks to me like it was just lifted off a spinning teaching tool version. Some folks will use the inner circle independently to help with transposition. Why they would put a dynamic version of the circle of 5ths onto an obviously static image for a sticker is up for debate. _________________ Josh Coffey

When I clicked the link to see their complete line of products, I formed some strong theories as to why . . . _________________ "He that plays the King shall be welcome . . . " (Hamlet Act II, Scene 2, Line 1416)

Buying one wouldn't answer the question, "Why would they put a dynamic version of the circle of 5ths onto an obviously static image?"
It's pretty clear from some of their other products that they appropriate images of items for stickers without necessarily caring to understand (or preserve) the full underlying purpose of those items. _________________ "He that plays the King shall be welcome . . . It's not a gadget, it's a static image of a gadget transferred to a sticker.

The OP bought the sticker, and was wondering about the point of the immovable inner circle of the image when it appears to impart exactly the same information as the middle circle. _________________ "He that plays the King shall be welcome . . . " (Hamlet Act II, Scene 2, Line 1416)

If you think that a sticker company is going to send you instructions on how to operate the immovable inner ring on the image on one of their stickers (or explain why they provided an unusable image), I think perhaps you should order one and see if that's what you get. Or better yet, use deductive reasoning. The OP already bought one. If he had gotten instructions that satisfy his original question, he wouldn't have posted his question here, right?
jhatpro, care to comment?
