I am considering getting my new Xeno hors gold plated. I have read many posts on here about gold plating and where to have it done. My questions are, where did you have it done and also, how is it holding up?

I am considering Kanstul and Anderson as my plater. I am interested in reading experiences with them especially if it has been a year or more since you had it done.

Thanks!

BC

Hi BC,
Anderson has replated many gold vintage cornets for me and they've done perfect work on all of them. We use Anderson at S.E Shires Trombones for all our silver and gold work and have always been very pleased with the results. Zig has a fine reputation so you really can't miss with either company.
Hope this helps,
Scott
