I read of people dropping their jaw in their lower register, which happens to me too, but I notice I drop my jaw while ascending as well! It seems like middle g is my best jaw position, but I subconsciously drop it above or below it. Is the pivot stabilizer the best way to manage this, learning the feeling? It's a funny sensation for sure, but is it really just a matter of hours over the course of weeks and months on the pivot stabilizer? |

The best way to get a definite answer is to get a lesson with a Reinhardt teacher. But....I think that if you do the Pivot Stabilizer and try to follow the "Reinhardt rules" you should get an idea of what is the proper feeling. The "four legs" are a must and you should pay attention to it at all times also. _________________ Schagerl "James Morrison"
