If you're not going to enforce a rule, why make it?

If its not a mod or admin posting the poll then what difference does it make what we really think? Also what stops them from getting their shill accounts from voting?

This appears to be the location containing the rules for use of the Marketplace -
https://www.trumpetherald.com/adsm.php

It doesn't seem to prohibit 'business use' of the Marketplace .

The 'style' of advertisements by BrassClub might be off-putting or offensive to some, but unless they are fraudulent I don't see a problem with them using it.

PLAY the next note 'on time' and 'in rhythm'.
Oh ya, watch the conductor - they set what is 'on time'.

I’m curious what rules they are violating.

As stated elsewhere, I believe that you have to have actual possession of the item to sell it via the marketplace. BrassClub doesn't stock anything, they just drop-ship.

Can you point us to a document that states this or perhaps a post by Todd, aka TrumpetHerald the owner of this site?

Since Todd has personally spoken with BC and redirected them to the marketplace I infer he either forgot the restrictions he put on the marketplace or they don’t exist.

If they, the rules you hint at, do exist a PM to Todd is the right way to address your concerns as he is the only person with authority over the marketplace.
