"Six years ago I bought a Kanstul built F Besson International (~$400) and her words have rung true. Every time I am now struck with wanderlust, I realize my current horn does everything I ask of it... I play regularly in church orchestra settings.[/quote]"
I'm lucky to live in an area where nice trumpets pop up a estate sales a lot. (See my list of trumpets). I have owned two Kanstul F. Besson International trumpets over the years, both were in excellent condition. I flipped them because I already had a set of fantastic Kanstul F. Besson Classic trumpets in b-flat and C. One of the Internationals felt particularly stuffy so I measured the bore. I was suprised to find it had a medium bore. The other had a ML bore. Have you measured the bore of your International? _________________ Kanstul FBClassic bflat&C
