A complete bath every four months. A sponge bath (valve casing) more often.

Rarely. Using BlowDry Brass pretty much negates the need for it.

I'm not very strict about a schedule, but I think it works out to a complete disassembly and bath in the kitchen sink about every 6 weeks to 2 months.

My daily routine involves making sure I blow out all the condensate possible (holding the horn normally and then upside down as I go through all the valve combinations), then drying the bell thoroughly and swabbing out the lead pipe and the tuning slide before putting the horn away for the evening.

I need to rectify my earlier comment somewhat. I cleaned my trumpet today and while the amount of gunk that came out was much, much less than before, there was still a bit of it. So just to clarify: BlowDry Brass does not by itself negate the need for cleanings. Sorry for the unintentional misinformation.

Also, I think my current ‘schedule’ is now about twice per year or so, for my main instrument, and the others when I feel it’s needed.

I only do a fully-submerged cleaning every few months, or after I've been ill. I feel like that cleaning matters less than what I do on a daily basis to keep my horns clean. First, I floss/brush my teeth before I play. Second, I clean my mouthpiece(s) at the end of the day. Third, I swab the leadpipe and slides of whichever horns I played that day. I clean the pistons, casings and caps every few days, and keep the pistons and slides well lubricated.

Short answer: not often enough.
