Very nice pics and info - thanks!
So... Clay for PRESIDENT!! He's very helpful, isn't overly sleepy and doesn't spend all his time in court trying to prove he's an innocent man.
Just a little bit of humor.... _________________ Jonathan Milam

Gotta agree, he's great. He also helped me when I was looking for replacement parts for my Recording. _________________ 1975 Olds Recording trumpet

I have 3D printed the replacement barrel and valve guides for my Olds recording. Thanks to Clay's guide on disassembly, I am able to measure and recreated the parts as close as to my original. I am sharing the models and printing instructions in my profile at printables.com.

For those who are still sourcing for the original parts, I hope this will be useful in the meantime. I have yet to let my brass tech check for any alignment issues too.
