Hi all,
I've seen the (now-dated) threads on teachers in the Boston area, but I'm wondering if anyone has info on anyone in the Boston area who takes a Stamp-ish approach to teaching.
I studied for a couple of years (mostly over Zoom) with one of Roy Poper's students, and it felt like that approach really worked for me. (Luke Spence -- look him up, he's amazing.)
We managed to squeeze in one in-person lesson, and it felt like I progressed leaps and bounds in a couple of hours, so I'd love to find someone local-ish to Cambridge/Boston.
Does anyone have any leads?
Thanks! |

Hi cpit - you might contact Ben Wright with the BSO - https://benwrighttrumpet.com/ - he didn't study with Stamp, but I suspect he will know if there are any "Stamp teachers" in the area. I think he's familiar with the Stamp approach in general.
