Person selling it says they don't have a clue as to what this horn is....

I think it's an Olds Ambassador.

Any other opinions?

I agree with you on that one. Look at the bracing the, spit valves and the mouthpiece receiver on the leadpipe. Pretty good clues to me.

agreed, it looks like a Fullerton Ambassador, minus some rings, valve caps, etc...
