Could a Bach Scholar/Enthusiast tell me about when a Bach Strad (model 37) with the serial number of 126XXX might have been manufactured? _________________ J. Fowler

See http://www.selmer.com/brass/stradtrp/historical.html or any number of bach serial number sites (a Google search will turn up a bunch of them).
Anyways, the Bach site says between 1975 and 1980, probably closer to 1975 (112,000) than 1980 (175,000).

I would guestimate somewhere between November of 1975 and March of 1976.
This is during the last couple months of Vincent Bach's life. _________________ Bb - Yamaha Xeno 8335RGS
