Can anyone comment about CHOP-STICKS? I can ascertain enough to realize that they are similar to a weighted version of the Pencil exercise. Any users or former users? Any commentary is greatly appreciated.

| just bumpin this post up, I was looking at them in a brass magazine (forget which one) recently and I was curious about them too. |
