I have been doing the Caruso's for a bout 3 weeks now about 3 times per week. Because of my gig schedule this is all I can get in. I have been doing up to exericise 4 or 5 in one sitting with about 10 minutes rest between each without out pain or other complications then doing some tounge work after. At what point do I advance ahead and when I do, do I begin at the point where I left off or do I start on say#3 and go to lets say #7?
