I've been searching for a collection of concert band excerpts for cornet similar to the orchestral excerpts that are available for trumpet.
The closest thing I've found so far is "Bandman's Repertoire" by A. Balent, available from Carl Fischer. Apparently, this is Vol. One of a two volume collection of overtures and other works for concert band. For some reason Vol. Two apparently is not available.
Anyone know of another collection?
Thanks!

Max McKee at Southern Oregon University was working on creating a solo excerpt book of band music. He is the publisher of"Band World"
and I contribluted to this project through a class that I took, leading me to believe that one day there would be a publication. You can contact him at 541-482-5030.
