I heard about these scented valve oils and I am intrigued. Do they work good? Is the smell of them strong? Where can I get some?

The oil is excellent. Smooth - fast. the scent is food grade so it won't hurt you. There is nothing corrosive to the horn. Orange is good - and vanilla, strawberry, watermelon, mulberry. to me the lime stuff smells like pine sol and the grapefruit smells like lamp oil. The swiss chocolate smells like tootsie rolls, but is kind of rank in a dirty horn.

Oh yeah - - anybody want any lime or grapefruit?
I have 4 bottles of each. For anyone who wants to try it, N/C if you will pay the postage.

1 of each now(Jan 2, '03)

Hey thanks for the info.
I just ordered two bottles; French Vanilla and Strawberry. I have learned that the Orange smells great but that is the scent my wife and I use as a bathroom freshner and I did not want that connection while playing trumpet.
