Maynard recorded a song called "Rocky II Disco" back in 1979 on an album called "Hot". Does anyone know where I might be able to get this album? Could it possibly have been put on CD by now? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

fuzzyjon79,

I have that album. I would be willing to sell it for $5.00 plus $4.20 shipping. Let me know.

Thanks!

Is it a Vinyl or CD?

As far as I know, Hot has not been released on CD. If you want that tune, you'll have to get it from an LP.

Ok, this is sort of highjacking, but along the same line....I am looking for a copy of 'Maynard Ferguson Plays Jazz for Dancing", circa 1960ish. Does anyone have one they would let go?

plp,

I have a copy. I'll copy it for you. I'm not sure how it will sound. I haven't played it in years. Send me a private message.

Pete
