I managed to lock my account up because I forgot the PIN. I've emailed the TH about this several times with no response.
Does ANYONE know how to resolve this issue??

Only Todd, the sysadmin, can help you. PM and/or email user trumpetherald and hopefully he can get it resolved. He does stay busy, and this is a labor of love (though it seems like a full-time job now and then), so sometimes things fall through.

Where does the PIN come from?
I used to post in the marketplace section, but now I'm asked for a PIN number for access? My account is active, but I don't know where to find the PIN? Any ideas?
I've emailed the website contact several times over the past few months...
No answer.

| Same problem I had. I couldn't remember ever setting up a PIN. No one would respond as well. So I guessed at it until finally it locked. I highly discourage doing this as no one seems to care enough to unlock it for you once its locked up. good luck! |

The Moderators can't do anything about it -- the Marketplace is distinct from the Forums. Only the sysadmin (trumpetherald) can help with Marketplace issues. PM or email him. He gets busy so sometimes it takes a while to get back.

If you send a note to editor@trumpetherald.com the account can be unlocked. I do several of these a week so it's definitely not that accounts don't get unlocked or that no one cares.
