I had several friends there and had planned on flying down for the performance, but ended up not being able to make it. By all accounts it was beyond spectacular!
We are in the final stages of editing this and are planning to release the CD in early September. This will include roughly 65 minutes of works by Gabrieli and the new work written for us by John Williams, with another 25 minutes or so of material we recorded that will be released separately at a later time (likely on iTunes as individual tracks). The CD is being done in surround sound and SACD by multi-Grammy award winning sound engineer Michael Bishop.
A 30 minute documentary about this project is also in the works and likely to be released later this year as well.
