Sorry to hear that, Tony. Sax and Woodwind and Brass are one of the biggest retailers of wind instruments, so none of my previously listed possible explanations seem as applicable as I had imagined.
If you do want to an Australian retailer, OzWinds or The Music Place might respect your wishes better. |

Hi folks,
An important note re: overseas buyers purchasing Yamahas from Australia: You will find it very difficult to purchase Yamaha products in Australia from overseas, as it violates the dealership agreement between Yamaha and certified Yamaha dealers.
This is why a number of retailers, Ozwinds being a good example, say ‘shipping within Australia only’, or similar, on Yamaha product pages. It is my understanding that several other countries have similar conditions re: overseas shipping also. _________________ Bb: YTR9335CHSII, YTR8310ZS

I still wonder why our prices are so much cheaper than elsewhere for a lot of the Yamaha line (at least for trumpets). I both am curious why, and fearful that it might change. |
