kinda dragged their feet in sending the horn 3 business days after it was paid for. However, Reverb policy allows for this. Read the fine print.

3 days is not unreasonable. For smaller businesses, often order comes in day one, are processed for dispatch day 2, and picked up by the courier on day 3. So 3 days is not what I would considerd 'dragging their feet'. I think we're all just a bit too used to Amazon and its warehouse of robots, fleet of delivery vehicles etc

I wanted a perfect horn so I returned it because the second valve looking wonky.

Meanwhile, a lot of people will player older horns that are cosmetically worn because... they play great. So strange to me that the cosmetic appearance of an instrument would be the deal breaker, especially when it's something as minor as "Valves looked misaligned upon close inspection from the side."

ie. something no one would even notice unless you were really looking for flaws.

A piccolo that plays in tune is a piccolo you never want to sell.

Fellas, fellas. It's OK. It is a given that we will not always see eye to eye. Here or anywhere.

I'm glad I tried the horn. It was a good experience. I'd do it again.

FWIW, I ended up buying a Getzen 940S instead. Good price for a pro horn made in 'Murika.

What did that Getzen cost you? Same price as the ABC?

About the video, that was a very pleasant surprise when I bought my Schagerl Rotary from Trent. To hear him playing the horn was very reassuring. I am much in favor of him doing this.

Same here! Trent sent an email link to a YouTube video the day he shipped my XO picc; Trent giving the horn a very early morning workout! A very personal touch in my opinion! Also, a hand written Thank You note and a setup of my long term favourite BlowDry Brass in the shipping box! I really enjoy the way ACB does business!

Life is Short! Find the Joy in it!
