Hope to see you all there! Our schedule is now posted on the website - www.itg2011.com - it's all coming together and looking like a terrific conference. Make sure to register early for the early bird tickets to the MN Orchestra concert with Jouko Harjanne soloing and the orchestra performing Mahler 6. _________________ Del Lyren |

Looks like a great lineup, but I'm surprised to see the youth solo competitions start on Tuesday instead of later in the week. Most kids are still in school and they would have to take an entire week off in order to be at rehearsals on Monday and the award ceremony Saturday. |

I would love to go. I don't think I can work it out with the dates and my job. Does anyone know if there is a location set for 2012? |

I believe it is in Georgia (the US state) in 2012. _________________ Bach trumpet artist-clinician

While I am going to be busy the first half of the ITG Conference, I think it would be a cool experience to attend. I was wondering what benefits there are to registering; are the exhibits closed to the public or is a registration necessary for every single portion of the conference? _________________ Bach 37; Wedge 3C

Exhibits are only accessible to those who register for the conference. Quite a few of the concerts/clinics will also be closed to the public. Evening concerts will be open to the public, but only limited numbers of tickets will be available at the door. _________________ Del Lyren |

Nice Pictures of the first day at ITG 2011! That’s a lot of trumpet players doing the National Anthem!! Good to see Wilmer out there having fun (and Pat and Alex)! Those t-shirts look really nice too.
This is the link to the ITG website and it looks like they will be uploading photos from each day of the conference. Enjoy. _________________ Derek Reaban

Please keep the posts coming...
Really wish I could have gone this year, but it just was not a possibility for me.
Any future plans for it to be anywhere in the Northeast again? _________________ -Glenn Roberts

May 23-26, 2012, Columbus, Georgia. Copied off the very nice postcard issued by Rob and Lauren Murray, hosts.
