I have a mint condition Claude Gordon silver plated Selmer which I bought brand new in 1983 before attending Claude's International Brass Camp. The serial number is 000189. I know that this horn is worth a lot of money. If you need pictures let me know. This horn sounds amazing. It was rarely played as I lost intersest. Only serious buyers please email me. I can probably dig up the original receipt. |

This is a great horn but probably not worth as much as you think. I sold mine for $800. There are still a few new ones sitting around, but I believe the Selmer factory has run out of parts and won't make any more. Holding on to this horn for another 20 years might be the best thing.
I am interested in the pix and price, so please send the info. I may have a student who would buy it.
Thanks!
