I was looking for a mouthpiece comprable to a Bach 3C Megatone made by Jet-tone. Any suggestions?

What's wrong with the Bach 3C?

A friend of mine used to switch between a Megatone 3C and a Jet-Tone Merian all the time. I don't know how close the two actually are, but he always switched easily and had about the same sound on both.

That's a strange question... what do you need it for? Do you plan to use both for different types of playing, or do you want to completely switch to Jet Tone and just use the same piece for everything? Are you after better range or better tone or something more comfortable or easier to play?

I just happen to have a like-new Jet-Tone Vintage MF mouthpiece that's not being used. I was going to Ebay it but if anyone's interested, please email me and we'll work out a price.

Thanks---<Rick

Why is it that a lot of Filipino trumpeter prefer Jet-Tone?? Spending 14 years of my life there I have noticed this mpc very popular? 3 years ago I think I was the only one playing on a Curry and New York Bach,,
