Has anyone used the Flexus studies book? As a player with a full time job and kids, I find I can play exercises in this book for about an hour and a half a night and maintain my endurance and range for my 4 hour rock and disco band sets. _________________ Joe V

My lips tingle afterwards and I can really tell that the routine is positively affecting range, endurance, and my ability to jump around (intervals) while improvising.
I really like the first and fourth Flexibility exercises. _________________ veery715
