Seems to me the Benge flugel was a .460 bore. They used to be made with three different bells 1, 3, and 5 (most open throat bell), but in later years UMI only produced one bell size. I had a Benge 3 flugel 20 years ago and it was a very nice instrument. Somebody on TH might correct me if I didn't recall the specs accurately.
