Doing business online: what makes you trust someone?

Dear TrumpetHeralders,

Trust in buying and selling among members of an online community (TrumpetHerald) and factors affecting that trust is a very important issue that we, two researchers in Indiana State University's School of Business, are studying. We would like to invite you to share with us your experience on TrumpetHerald by filling out a short online survey that takes less than 8 minutes to complete. We will share with you the final results of the survey by posting the results on the TrumpetHerald website after they have been tabulated.
