I was doing my normal site browsing yesterday and came accross Bill Carmichael's site (he's the "screamin'" chops guy), http://www.screaminbill.com . I took a look in what stuff there was for sale, and I noticed a horn that's supposed to be based off a 37 strad, but is made by Roy Lawler. The price kind of surprised me, at $1065. Has anyone any word on this? Roy, maybe you can say something? _________________ Chris King

Wish there were some pics on the website. Sounds potentially interesting. |

Sounds like he would like to try to compete with the ZeuS G. I'm guessing the Lawler version of the Bach trumpet will be more consistent than Selmer-Bach's have been for so long now. I wish him luck.
