Hi Jon,
Thanks for posting. TrumpetHerald is having problems with the URLs, presumably due to certain special characters. Here are the links with those characters encoded. This links should work now.
Thanks!
Mike

Downloading copyright protected content isn’t a crime. So no, no one has been prosecuted.
Copyright infringement is mostly a civil affair. You are sued when you break this law, not arrested.
Only mass distribution online is a crime in most countries. Now, if you are downloading through torrent software, then you are ALSO distributing file packets as you download. Or even constantly, if you are trying to game the system to maintain a high download rate.
Yes, that can get you in serious trouble. Not only are you detectable because of this sharing, it is also what sets you up for lawsuits of tens of thousands of dollars. |

Hiya, if that's directed at me, the original is a public domain work; what I'm sharing is scans of the original works from both Wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Copyrights - and the International Music Score Library Project (IMSLP), which explicitly complies with Canadian Public Domain laws - https://imslp.org/wiki/Public_domain
Now, if it was a scan of the New Authentic Edition from Carl Fischer edited by Thomas Hooten and Jennifer Marotta, which I have literally sitting in my lap as I type this, then it would be a copyright violation.
