I bought a used cool room shipping container. Built a floating insulated wall on the inside, finished off with acoustic foam, and added an insulated roof. Also have a removable embouchure mirror hanging from the ceiling. It's about 98% sound proof, so I can practice at any time of the day or night. The neighbors know that I'm a trumpet player, but they've never heard me play. The best thing about it, is when I move house, the studio comes with me.

In Texas we call that an "outhouse".
Just kidding... Nice job.

Ventilation isn't really a problem. Air conditioning and a dehumidifier keeps the air temperature and humidity perfect. As far as fresh air goes, I just open the door every now and then to circulate the air.
