I was taught to only practice on days that I eat.
If I only have 10 minutes to practice then I just practice 10 minutes - If I can do my whole routine then I do the whole routine.
It is not that big a deal to take days off but if that is true - then it is not that big a deal to spend 10 minutes practicing either.
I find keeping in touch with the horn every day is easier than riding the roller-coaster up/down trying to recover from a break. You can always find 10 minutes. |
