Hmm, the prices looked too good to be true, then I saw the make of some of them - Winston - these are someo of those instruments you see all the time on Ebay. Personally I would save the money and go for something a little more reliable and reputable.

Bagpipes - and you admit to it??

The great conductor Sir Thomas Beecham was once asked, by a rather posh lady in London, what instrument her son should learn, noting that she didn't like the sound of beginner musicians.
His reply "Madam, without any doubt I recommend the bagpipes."
He then added "they sound just as bad when you have mastered them."

Have fun

(I'm just jealous - I tried playing these a while ago and couldn't get the airflow right at all)

My wife played bagpipes in high school so in her honor I will submit this bagpipe joke.

Question: Why are bagpipe players always walking?

Answer: To get away from the noise.
