I'm interested in your experiences with Adams AGR. If I remember correctly Adams trumpets had adjustable gap receiver installed on some of their models. Updated models doesn't have this feature. Is there a reason for this? Have you played the same model with and without one? |

Just beccause no model has it stock, doesn't mean you can't get it. If you ordered a horn you could get easily ask for the AGR in place of the stock receiver.
FWIW of the variations for adjusting the gap, Adam's seemed to work the best (it actually allows you lock it in, and not have to worry). The A2 and A3 were completely redesigned, and with the update they removed them as default (in exchange for the new receivers). _________________ More than one trumpet
